I am 6ft 2in and 230lbs. It is very difficult for an athlete to find cycling clothing that really fits and is comfortable. XL was perfect. It was snug but not too tight which made it very comfortable. I don't know how it holds up in the wash but I just used it for a 30 mile trip for the first time. The padding was great and the saddle is neither the most comfortable nor the best on a road bike. I'll take another!
