As others have said, my router arrived USED. Items were missing, all boxes were open and the router was already configured and password protected. After dusting and hard resetting to remove passwords blocking access to the router, I was able to quickly set up the router with LTE. Modem connected to USB. The speed and range are on par with the AirPort Extreme it replaced, and I've been able to ditch my crappy wired internet and use my carrier's unlimited data plan with a real router that covers the whole house and allows all 20 or so devices to connect securely. The built-in TimeMachine support (I plugged a hard drive into a different USB port) doesn't work with the current firmware version and T-Mobile doesn't seem to bother updating it, but a quick google web search does it will show you how to flash Asus firmware.
