Review on Koss KEB15I In Ear Headphone Purple by Kristine Black

I've had these headphones for about ca. However, it wasn't until I switched to gold plug headphones that I noticed a HUGE improvement in sound quality. absolutely normal! I often took out my headphones and used the speakerphone, which was always a big improvement. You have to have Koss headphones. When I checked the Koss website to see if a lifetime limited warranty would help, I was shocked to see that they charge a $10 fee to cover "shipping and handling" and also offer to ship the headphones via Registered mail to Quebec! All of this adds up to at least what I paid for them. Too bad they can't even cover the shipping and handling costs because they stand behind their product. I think no? What I Learned: Buyers beware and I think I'll keep these headphones as "fucking emergency headphones" when my best ones fail.
