I'm so so happy with this portable desk! I won't lie, I get most of my work done (I'm a teacher) and I also paint (it's so relaxing) while lying in bed. I've always used a binder or a large book for something that was difficult to write on. I have no idea why I thought so long about a table to take to bed with me! Lol This also works for those who do their work on the couch, leaning over the coffee table. I did that too and I always stretch because my back hurts. I like that the table looks well made. It is durable and will not fall apart on you. I also appreciate how easy it is to fold up and place under a bed or sofa. The only improvement I could make is to be able to raise and lower the table as it might fit an average height person just fine but is too big for a smaller person? However, I am 5ft 2in and it fits me very well. Also, the price is great and adding such an extra feature would definitely increase it. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality and suitability for everyday use. 100% recommended for people who write a lot on the couch or in bed. Definitely a great part at a great price.
