You have no idea how many dishwashers we've bought in the last 20 years and how we just moved and left city life behind to live in a village on an acre of land in western Arizona Life. We had a $5,000 water softener 2 years ago hoping it would get rid of the nasty chalk residue on everything. I couldn't even invite friends or family over because everything, glasses and cutlery, was covered with it. And that's after buying a commercial hardener (not a homemade plasticizer) and it didn't help much. But this stuff? I took a week off to use the dishwasher to wash everything I have!
