Nice, somewhat smooth but still has a rubbery texture like a silicone spatula. Offers good support. Easy to bend and easy to continue. It actually bounces a bit, so it should protect the tablet well from bumps and falls. All cutouts are precise, and button presses are clean and precise without feeling soft. The buttons are recessed and built into the body to prevent accidental pressing. I use it with a glass screen protector and it fits perfectly with no air gaps or bulges. The "hole" speaker is forward-facing, facing the user, so that the sound now comes out in front and doesn't sound dull, by the way. Surprisingly, the sound is just as clear and loud even when the case is laid on its side with the vents covered. I am very happy with this case and will probably buy a second one in a different color.
