I got this headset in 2020. Sorry for such a late review. The box it came in was impressive, the message card that came with my headphones was so funny I kept both the card and the box the headset came in. EXTREMELY comfortable headphones. So much so that I wear them for way too long before I realize my ears need some air. SECOND NO SOUND QUALITY. I've never been heard better in my Zoom meetings. Everything is clear and crisp. Nobody complains that they can't hear me well. I can have headset audio on 10 and hear all audio. LONG long cord. I can walk four feet and still be online. I like it. I love it. If I had to complain, it would only be that these headphones only come in one color. That's all. If you all come out with this particular headset in blue with glowing blue lights, I'll be buying a second pair! If I were to rate this I would give it a 10 out of 10!
