Love this belt ! in my review

Great belt. It makes a difference when I am deadlifting heavier weight, helping me stabilize my core and back. I may have needed a smaller size because it wraps all the way to very smallest part of the Velcro but it still works great! I am 5’4’’ about 130Lbs for comparison
