This is my first foray into the world of plug-in fragrance. I went to an open house in December and the whole house smelled like Christmas! So I bought these heating pads and 5 packs of Glade Apples & Cinnamon. I've had one hooked up for over a day now. I can stand next to him and barely smell him. After a few hours I noticed that there is a way to adjust the top of the heating pad, ah! I thought, user error. I have to turn the top to increase the amount of flavor! Not correct. I still don't feel anything. The top of the heating pad is warm, the rest is not. General. Is the oil weak or is the heating pad defective?
