This is a well made case for the price. It is made in India. I didn't read the ad closely, so I was surprised that it was also a small wallet. The skin is not hard, the color is as advertised. The hooks that hold the keys each have small latches to prevent them from opening. When inserting the keys, a little pressure is required to open the hooks and you have to press them firmly until they click into place. This can be difficult for some people with arthritis in their hands or fingers. The banknote compartment is fully lined with a complementary color fabric. There is a small zipped pocket on the left side, big enough for a few coins. Under the zipper there is a compartment for a credit card and under the key there is another space for another card. The area on the right is too narrow for a credit card without a card crimp, but can be used for stamps or business cards if the long side is cut off. The case closes with two male latches on the top right and four female latches about 1/4 inch apart on the left. The latches are installed to allow for expansion to add notes or cards. The seams around the wallet seem to be well made. The metal part of the hooks is thin (brass?) but solid and appears to be firmly attached to the body. Hang two smaller keys (for mail or luggage) on each hook. This is enough to accommodate longer keys, but not electronic keys. The wallet compartment is large enough to hold 5 or 6 standard US bills. I don't use this case for anything other than keys and stamps, but I think the added double wall construction makes the wallet more durable for frequent use.
