I am using the third one now because I think my dog looks great in it. If you buy this, first fit it to your dog's neck and on the back of the bow tie, glue the blue wrapping to the bow tie. The first two times the flag fell out of its holder and was difficult to put back in place. He gets lost on a walk or in the yard. I just want to tell the guy who's doing this to think about what I said.
