I like that it has many features for our card processing needs such as recurring billing capabilities with multiple options available including monthly or quarterly payments (we use this option).
The interface is easy enough but there are some things about how they present their information which could be improved upon if done over time by more experienced users. There was no way we were able to figure out an answer from them regarding whether certain fields would show up correctly when using webhooks versus manual entry - so after spending hours trying different combinations without success, my boss had someone else try who figured out what needed tweaking! Not much other than needing better support at first before figuring everything out ourselves because sometimes questions can't even get answered due to lack/faulty customer service reps rather than just not being possible given all aspects involved. We have been working closely with these.
