This wasn't too difficult to install. Love the look, much more modern! And the weight is nice, not too heavy and not too light! I did have to remove four links, but the fit is perfect! Not too tight, not too loose! When you remove the pins to resize the band, pay attention to the arrows! Make sure they are pointing down. Otherwise the pins are very difficult to get back in. (again, that was only because I didn't have the arrow pointing down) other then that little mistake, it was extremely easy to do. With my reading glasses and headlamp on. Ha ha haSnapping the band onto the watch was a bit trickier. Watch a video on you tube first. One side clicked right in, the other side needed a bit of "rocking" side to side. It didn't click like the other side, but the lever did pop back so I know it's locked in correctly. I'm very happy with this band, and would buy it again!
