I have had experience working in this business before so it was not difficult at all! The training that we received helped us understand what is expected of employees as well as how much work there can be when you are trying to grow your customer base through word-of mouth advertising or referrals from other companies who use cinecomedos services too. It's hard sometimes because some clients like things done quickly but others want more detail which takes time. Sometimes they ask questions about something specific (like if someone has been using an app) only after asking dozens upon dozen different times throughout out entire meeting/call etc..
