These sheets should be the holy grail of baking sheets, and they're close, but they're not perfect. Maybe my expectations were too high when I bought them as I figured they wouldn't warp in the oven. It's sad to say what they did. BUT not nearly as strong as the thinner sheets they replaced. They're a lot heavier than I thought (surprisingly) and the edges are rounded to prevent warping. But they did. And I was only slightly disappointed. So everything will be fine until I find the Holy Grail.
