Review on πŸ’― ZALU Silicone Nibs Cover: Ultimate Protection for Apple Pencil Tips (2nd Gen) - Black, 5 pcs by Stacey Bradley

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not what I was hoping for.

For the price. It was worth the risk, but it's really not something I'll really use. BENEFITS: β€’ You reduce the Apple Pencil's loud tapping on the screen. Screen. β€’ They add a little extra friction. (doesn't look like paper). CONS: β€’ Reduce pencil sensitivity. I have to try a lot harder to get the iPad to recognize the stylus. I often have to click objects multiple times to make them work. β€’ This makes diagonal lines wavy. The lines are fine if you don't use a silicone tip. β€’ This makes the pencil feel like an old, cheap, thick rubber pencil. I'm almost wondering if the iPad sometimes registers touches as a finger or a dumb stylus. I haven't had them in a while, so I can't comment on the durability issues others have mentioned.

Pros
  • understandable for the old
Cons
  • Some little things
