After we bought a cheaper variant with a vacuum attachment in the store, we were disappointed, looked for something better and found this one. The other one from the store wasn't long enough so they'll probably give you a vacuum nozzle, but neither of them seemed to be able to get all the lint out and we could see clumps in the vent area that couldn't be trapped. After the purchase we are in love! This thing cleans amazingly and goes all the way down the line and around corners. The wide bristles really help get rid of all the lint and even get rid of some of the really stuck bits. We now use this to regularly clean the ventilation, because dogs always have so much hair that gets stuck everywhere and the stuck fluff keeps the dryer from drying out too quickly. The problem is solved!
