I know this because when you buy one of two things will happen. 1) You will receive an identical product to mine and you will be satisfied. 2) You receive a defective product and Nulaxy will send you a new one. This transmitter fits perfectly with every lighter I've tried it in and thanks to the flexibility of the neck it's fully adjustable. In my car, that means I can face it and the screen is easy to navigate. The sound quality is phenomenal when played via Bluetooth or with an optional cable (it wasn't perfect at first but I gave it a little time to warm up and now it's great). When making calls, the sound quality is a bit worse, but I think that's due to my cell phone and not the transmitter. Another great feature is that once you've connected your phone via Bluetooth, it will automatically connect the next time you're in the car, and very quickly. Some reviews complain that there is no on/off switch. It seems stupid to me. When you start the car, the transmitter turns on; and when you turn off the car, the transmitter is not powered and it turns off. This is the end of the study for me, and it should be for you too. This device is flawless and the company behind it is wonderful.
