I will never repeat this purchase.

I have been giving this food to my cat for a few years now, and it has been wonderful for him. Then, he was no longer available for purchase in retail establishments. After that, though, it became available once more in the market, and I immediately placed an order for two packs of it. In the end, it was all for nothing. The first thing that should have tipped me off was the sight of the meal; rather than being puffy, the crackers had the shape of pills and were flat. Please find attached a picture contrasting the previously consumed food (on the left) with freshly prepared food (on the right). The distinction is readily apparent. I figured, what the heck, and poured it out over the cat. This is the point from which everything began. The cat threw up this food for a total of two days. She went another two days without eating, was quite lethargic, and spent almost all of her time sleeping. After waiting a week, the next effort to give this food resulted in another episode of vomiting. This provided further evidence that the response was directed against him. Thankfully, the cat is doing much better these days. However, we will have no choice except to dispose of the food. Not the least expensive food option. I have parcels that weigh 1.5 kilograms each, and while they appear to be the same as the ones that came before them, the contents of these packages are a mystery.

Pros
  • No
Cons
  • There is a hunch that the food is not what it claims to be. Unlike in the past, rusks do not have the same amount of volume. The cat started throwing up after being around him, despite the fact that for many years before to that she had enjoyed a healthy appetite.
