Amazing for the neck, shoulders and upper back with rotating balls running from the back of the head to the middle of the back. This is my second one (the first one worked fine but got moldy like my other furniture). I encourage new owners to learn how best to use it. So the massage balls not only reach hard-to-reach places like between the shoulder blades and below, but also change direction and move counter-clockwise when you press the button twice. Press the arrow keys to move the balls a little each time, and again I was amazed at how far they traveled on my back. Love-love-love this thing and the best thing after a real masseuse!
