These Focus Flame pastry brushes are decent quality and good for stovetop cooking but their handles are too short, 8 inches. for every practical use on the barbecue grill. Most of the food I grill is cooked at high temperatures, and it's best to brush the hot grill with a brush that's at least 12 inches in diameter. I like that the brush heads can be angled. This makes it easier to access without having to hold your hand directly over the heat source. Good for indoor use, but I'll keep looking for longer ones for grilling.
