Review on 📶 AmpliFi HD WiFi MeshPoint: Enhanced Whole Home Coverage and Mesh Network Expansion by Ross Bagby

I have now changed this value from 5* to 3*. This is not due to the seller, but to the APP and CS of the manufacturer. 3 days after receipt I was informed that there is a firmware update. After updating the application, I see MeshPoint, but I can no longer access the toolbar. The application reports that the timeout has expired. I know it works because I still have great download speeds. They only have chat support and I was put through continuous resets that didn't do anything. Then go to email support. Well I'm not tech savvy but they were far from helpful to the layman and their RMA link didn't work. I was told it would be easier to return to Revane. So your supplier is out of luck. In short, the same with the new one. I'm keeping it because it works, but I can't use the app to see that it works. Seems like they should know there's a bug. I have a small business and needed to expand several of my machines running from a laptop to a server in my dining room. I'm used to Xfinity Blast's internet speeds. Even the wireless connection in my office costs 200 units. Well my cutters were stuck and when I checked my wifi speed was 12! Although I have an AmpliFi router in my office and upstairs (so the WiFi is strong enough for outdoor cameras), my dining room is the farthest room in the house from either. Plugged in and accelerated from 12 to 100 in 5 minutes. The only advice I would give future users is to install it next to the router first. Mine wasn't initially associated with a diner. And second, plug it into the outlet closest to the connected device you need. Even on sockets in the same room, the speed test is significantly different.
