Cheap materials, messy order

Completely wrong colour, ordered belt with black buckle and this is what happened. The materials look cheap and the ratchet is very stiff and difficult to open. The 'gold' buckle also looks very dirty and came out of the box already scratched, but who knows, maybe they wanted to use a used and poorly maintained look.
