When I first put it on it was very uncomfortable to say the least (I bought one size to small) and the boning was poking into my upper back area, just below my bra strap. I also felt like it was difficult to inflate my lungs completely due to the pressure on my ribs BUT I thought I know it should be tight duh, so I stuck it out for about an hour. The next day I forced myself to use it and much to my surprise it wasn’t as bad as the first try. In a few hours it was like I had it forever and it contoured itself right to my body plus the pain was gone. 1 week in now and I have went to the last hooks (smallest) so I’m probably going another size down in about a month. Quality feels good but you have to make sure to hook the little hook above the zipper and the only issue I have is that you can see the zipper bulge under a tight shirt but I just wear a looser shirt and call it a day. I am very pleased!
