Review on πŸ–±οΈ SteelSeries QcK Gaming Surface - Premium Small Cloth Mouse Pad: Unmatched Precision for Gaming Sensors by Walter Martin

$500 life lesson in the last 4 years. Don't buy SteelSeries.

I've worn down the edges where my mouse sits twice in six months. I flipped the pad and used the other side. I wouldn't buy it unless you get a stitched edge. Unfortunately, this is not possible in the thick version. Cheap enough to replace if necessary, but it shouldn't. If you have the ability to sew yourself (or ask a local seamstress), I suggest adding it yourself. Hope it lasts longer. Overall, I found SteelSeries' products, support, and quality to be below par and after a recent meeting I will no longer be supporting this company. "Thanks, but I've decided to stop buying/using SteelSeries products. I think your company's policy is stupid and the products are not up to standard. A mouse's serial number can't even last 6 months. I switched to a Razer Mamba Wireless. I have attached the receipt. Having had to replace this mouse before, also connected. Among the purchases are 4 other SteelSeries products. It also had flaws: the keyboard keys darkened, the sound quality in the headphones was poor, the carpet didn't stand up to it, but it didn't lose its functionality. Your company collapsed along with Logitech and will no longer receive my patronage. I will be using this mouse for my work computer now and will bill them for a new one. Thank you for trying the service. I just hope you share with your company decision makers that I've learned a $500 life lesson over the past 4 years. Don't buy SteelSeries. I will share this mood with reviews of these purchases. All the best."
