I bought this product for my family because it is a good alternative to using Wi-Fi. In general this is a very good product. Unfortunately, sometimes moving your phone while seated will lose connection. Therefore, you will have to reconnect it or move the plug until the connection is restored. It doesn't always happen, but you'll notice if you use it frequently. Basically we are satisfied with the product.
