Brake Dust Accumulation

This is the second time I have installed them on the front wheels of an Acura TL 2000. I use these pads with ATE rotors on Michelin all-season tires. The brakes work very well and over the course of using these pads I have never noticed any deterioration in them. Between the last time and the last install, the pads lasted me about 15,000 miles. (Note: last time I rolled the pads metal on metal). With that in mind, I can say that 14,000 miles is a good estimate. Over time, a significant amount of brake dust collects on the discs. If you're really picky, you can wash your car frequently to fix it. good distance, this should never be a factor of serious concern.
