Strong scraper. Very happy with what I received. Perfect for cutting dough and sharp enough to slice through and pick through veggies for easy prep work. Blade measurements are very convenient. The only downside is that the blade isn't flexible, so scooping it up isn't that easy. Other than that, this is a great buy.
