It has been easy to set up, it is very user friendly, I have not found anything that i dislike so far! The support team are great as well - they respond quickly when you need them too (within 24 hours) which can be hard at times with other providers out there who do take longer than expected or don't reply until days later etc.
So overall no complaints about this product just yet but if something does go wrong then we're able to get someone from their helpdesk straight away without waiting several weeks like some others would require us to wait before getting any assistance. We've used nxlog in our previous employer where we were logging sysadmin activity across multiple servers/applications into one centralised system allowing quick access by various members within the organisation.
