I bought this for my purse and another one with a thinner handle and I was blown away! I have very thin hair down to my butt and figured wooden combs probably wouldn't work for me, but based on all the reviews I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad she barely pulls her hair and does an excellent job of detangling dreaded stains without making her hair static. I'm just sad I've never tried them. My normal brush is permanently out of order. The quality of the product is also excellent, solid piece of wood, feels good in the hand and in the handbag, no glued pieces, thick and smooth, with a pleasant light smell. I would absolutely recommend this.
