Not Cotton for my opinion
I ordered the navy blue flutter short sleeve, and it definitely is not 100% cotton as the description states. It feels like a slinkier synthetic fabric. I wouldn’t wear it, so I most definitely won’t be putting it on my baby. Cute style, just wish it was cotton!
