I like that it has everything we need for an effective messaging program - from automated emails (including content updates) to SMS blasts with texts as well as voicemails. The reporting is also great so you can see how your marketing efforts are performing. In addition, the platform is very intuitive so anyone can use it without having any training. It's not easy for people who are less tech-savvy to figure out how things work, but sending a message isn't overly complicated once you've figured out where to click and what to do next. But they could make learning the system easier. This tool allows us to build relationships one step at a time with our target audience through multiple channels. We send them weekly newsletters via e-mail and have recently started including calls in the mix as well so we're able to be more personal while still communicating the value proposition.
