Review on Reese Towpower 74407 A Frame Jack by Nathan Skipper

The handle broke off while driving and then the jack support fell on the asphalt of the highway and dragged. I looked at it and the staff holding it also disappeared. Funny, that's how the thing fell apart. I'm buying a completely different side grip product to counteract the weak grip of this product. Shame about this product. Yes you heard it, for me their customer service is not even there! There is no customer service. I've tried 10 times in 2 weeks to call Reese's customer service and tech support, emailed them and got no response from them. Nothing at all. It's like they don't exist and don't exist, and it's all just trying to look normal. It worries me deeply. You have to sue them for something or get the banks to wake them up. I'll just pretend nothing happened, I won't fight or anything. Maybe it will happen to someone else and eventually it will get better.
