UPDATE: 11/15/2017 I feel compelled to write an updated review of the customer service I recently experienced with the seller. The unit itself is attached to the inside of the roof of my Yamaha Rhino and continues to perform satisfactorily despite often harsh operating conditions. Last month, while working on a rough mountain trail in Tennessee, the remote control fell into muddy water and became inoperable. My fault is not the seller! The remote is the only control of the media player, so I contacted the seller and asked if I could "buy" a separate remote instead of buying the whole unit. They just sent me a new remote for free even though it was out of warranty and it was my fault that the original remote failed. In my book that deserves 5 stars. Thanks, brain trade! This little device works very well. I only gave it three stars as it was out of service after 9 months. To begin with, the power cord plug didn't fit fully into the outlet, but it turned on and worked fine to this day when the power cord jack didn't fall apart internally. So an indication that there was a problem right from the start, which failed completely after 9 months. Otherwise I had no problems with the device - the audio and video outputs worked well with both USB and SD connections.
