Useful tool especially during troubleshooting

I like that this software can be used with multiple cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) so as long as there's compatibility between both then they should work together well. Sometimes when we try using other types or providers within our own organization, such as IBM Softlayer's DCOS instance, sometimes issues arise where we need additional support from their staff in order to get things setup properly. They also don't have a very big user base which makes finding people who know how to best utilize them difficult. We're able to monitor all aspects of AWS instances including usage metrics, hardware information, etc., but haven't been successful at monitoring GCP environments yet due to lack of popularity. I like how simple it is to use. The interface is very intuitive, and the support team is always there if you need help. You can use this software with any cloud service provider (Azure, AWS, etc.). I would have liked some more options in terms of customization. For example, we cannot create reports by date range or specific time period. We also do not have the option to export data to Excel. This is a great solution for small businesses looking to move their workloads to the cloud.
