Didn't work for us until they sent us their own.

This toddler pillow didn't meet my 6 year old girl's needs for something the same size as it was too thin/flat to wear. So I sent it back and then received an email politely asking why. So I answered in essence (and in detail, because that's who I am). Miraculously, Joe at My Little North Star actually made the pillow I described for my child and shipped it back to me in about two weeks. I am very impressed and grateful sir, we have been looking for a pillow of this caliber for a few years. My daughter is much more comfortable with her new pillow, thank you.
