Arrived broken, the subwoofer line does not work. Do not buy this product, it is a piece of plastic junk. My subwoofer, which I bought used, really works. In fact, I would say that this product is used. Looking at the bottom of the product it looks like it was put on a hard floor and scratched all over so it was out of the box the entire time like Revain just sold me a used product and claims it is new and good looking. Crap. Always check everything you get from Revain because some dark things seem to be going on in the warehouse. This item has either been tampered with and defaced or has been used. In any case, this is not what I expect from a brand new product that I thought was brand new from Revain and had a factory warranty from Sony. At least Revain is willing to pay the price for the repackaging, but I have to go to Kohl's and spend a whole day on it, so I'm still very uncomfortable with returning the subwoofer. I am extremely disappointed.
