Not recommended - sports sandals and flip flops
Positive: I really like the arch support of these sandals. Big minus point: The strap that goes over the back of the foot is very uncomfortable and hurts. This caused both of my legs to become chafed and scared. I bought them in August 2019 but didn't wear them more than 5 minutes until I went to Florida this month (I live in Wisconsin). give her back I used to have similar Sketcher sandals, which I really liked. . The Reggae Islander model is very comfortable.
