I installed it with a new climate control module and fan motor. This controller seems to work well and serves its purpose. Although the installation was a little painful. Looks the same as the OEM regulator but the tabs are slightly bent at a different angle making installation much more difficult to understand compared to the stock part. All in all, once I've installed it, it works great! Make sure you clean anything that is restricting the airflow of your A/C unit in the fan motor and at the top of the engine compartment under the ECU cover where air is drawn in. Dirt gets caught on the screen and can not only affect airflow, but also foul the regulator and impair its cooling from the bottom airflow, which can lead to premature regulator failure.
