I like that it can be used as an internal tool or shared externally through our website so we don't have multiple versions in house just one version across all offices (internal) plus external users via web browser access! It was easy enought train my team from scratch but also had some prebuilt templates they could start using straight away without having me spend hours teaching them how everything worked - which saved time!! Sometimes when you're working remotely there are difficulties getting your screen up close/personal sometimes this isn’s always possible though maybe make sure if someone needs help at times then remote support would work best? We've been able get most things done internally now even outside office meetings etc where previously issues were raised by emailing documents around between people who weren't physically together anymore.
