Review on X9 Performance X9RFERGOKEY by Kobby Cagle

Spring in disappointment

Big fan of ergo. Having used the original MS Natural Beige and many MS Nat 4k and tested Logi and other brands (current daily is C989M) I can tell you that for some users the idea of tilting their hands at the wrist is a godsend . Many report faster typing after getting used to it. For X9 Performance Ergonomic wireless KB and wrist pad. Your spring sensitivity can be tested... and not positive. First, the keyboard case is matte black and resistant to oily fingerprints. Like it a lot. The keys have a soft feel without clicking (stay tuned) just like the MS Natural LXM types. So very quiet keys are all except the space bar! Until now I never realized how much I like the right space. The left room also has a bouncy sound, but maybe it's due to my writing style and angle. The right spring is so loud. I needed to quickly reduce the demo time on this device. It just won't work. On the other hand, if you like the angle, the other keys are surprisingly quiet and soft. The cable is the 61 inch plug at the end of the plug. BUT THIS WILL JUST CHARGE! I couldn't believe it. You MUST use a radio key. And you have to turn it on . I'm stunned it can't be connected to the game, many people will still have a stationary keyboard. Positive note: the home buttons are correctly aligned. The arrow keys are slightly elongated and feel comfortable. The cushion is soft but not removable, and the legs have only one position: up. The bottom rubber feet (next to the pad) are very strong and keep it in place. A small USB dongle (2.4 GHz wireless) will show up in your keyboard list as "Wireless Receiver". Unfortunately I don't like it.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Nothing
