The near perfect best of bath and hooded towels

This is a great product for watching your kids play sports in cold weather, especially when it starts to rain or snow. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I hate that stupid little neck fracture. It DOES NOT STAY LOCKED. It's a cheap plastic fastener that keeps coming loose. I just want it to stay closed around my neck and every time I move I have to snap it shut. It's so annoying and skips all the cold. Next time I wanted to take a large paper clip with me so it wouldn't close. I am very disappointed with this feature. Other than that, this is a great article.
