Review on HP ENVY 6055E Wireless Printer by Norlan Pippinmd

HP Smart NOT smart. I already have an HP printer at home and love everything about it except the HP Smart app. For the price, quality, and convenience of Instant Ink, this was the best printer purchase I have ever made. Basically what happens is that the HP Smart app can't see the printer on the Wi-Fi network so I would have to reconnect using the display panel. Now I need a printer for my office and I was hesitant to rely solely on the app but I took a chance because this model is a thermal inkjet printer which I didn't have before. Once set up it was fantastic to use all day until it shut down and needed to be plugged back in. This is an impossible task! I thought HP Smart might have improved over the past few years, but now I see it's just as dumb as ever. I'm returning this and buying another HP with a display panel.
