Was frustrated my first few attempts with eggs. But follow these steps:*Coat with spray/oil*heat with the pan BEFORE you put the eggs in*cook to the point they hold form then lift up and you can flip without the ringAfter a few bad batches the above tips helped. I do like the fact these are non-stick stainless and seem to be able to last.
- This one s a great product.
- The rings are not non-stick, making eggs stick to the metal
