I just ordered this chair and unfortunately forgot to check all the parts looked good before putting it together. The seat of the chair has leather damage. It's not that unsightly, I'm just afraid it will only get worse over time. The rest of the assembly is pretty easy and the chair looks great. When adjusting the seat angle, be careful not to lean on it too much, as it jerks a bit when you pull the lever. The adjustable pillows are fantastic, especially the lower back pillow. Overall, I only had 2 complaints: minor damage to the seat and the angle adjustment mechanism, but otherwise a very good choice for a gaming chair.
