The tool helps us to quickly capture key information in an audit process that has been manual previously. It provides fast feedback with recommendations for actions taken by users who are part of the team using this product. Very flexible solution which can be used as per requirement without affecting overall design or look & feel of your website/ portal. In our case we have been able to build custom reports so far however looking forward would like more customization options once released for end user use cases (customer facing). We were solving problems related to data collection during audits across multiple geographies internally at Oracle but realized benefits could easily transfer externally if integrated well within existing systems.
