This razor is similar to the one I first used to shave my legs in the 1960's. I returned to the double-edged safety razor for several reasons: the rising cost of disposables, the poor shave with disposable razors, poor quality control of the disposable blade edge, and the problem of disposing of disposables. This Parker razor solves each of these problems. I am very satisfied with this lavender handle razor. I love the fact that I only have to buy blades so I can change them often. The weight of the razor is balanced for easy gliding and easy cleaning. There is a problem. So that the husband does not use.
