Average sound quality.
Bought for small business but returned. A few problems: (1) When playing a message from voicemail, the caller ID is not displayed, you have to remember the time, scroll back and search; (2) Instead of pressing the TALK button like other multi-line phones, you have to press LINE 1 or LINE 2, which is annoying. The other phone has a "TALK" button that takes you to the next available line; (3) average sound quality; (4) One of the headsets I received cannot be registered on the main phone.
