Labeler works fine. Most people here don't seem to have any troubleshooting skills. These are two things that can cause a label printer to malfunction, one is very easy to fix, the other is a bit more difficult to fix. Two discs can move. The attached picture shows this, rebuilding is easy. Simply grab the top and bottom disks separately and rotate them until they align.2. Label makers automatically perforate the label to make it easier to peel off the liner. Sometimes the perforated part inside the labeller breaks off. Then it immediately gets stuck between the discs and interferes with further label production. Cleaning those sticky bits is a chore, I've had success using tweezers. It would be nice if the discs were removable for easy cleaning. I like the embossed label makers but the difficult cleaning and small print bring these three stars. If you have an office warehouse nearby, just get the label printer directly from there. I ordered from them via Amazon and they lost the package. I ended up just buying it in person and getting a refund.
