Well, they used to be compatible.
Pros: Seems to be very durable for the price, no skin reactions (I'm allergic to nickel and usually react to brass but never had a problem) Cons: Plating wears off VERY quickly. Not sure about the other colors yet as I was mostly hoping the yellow gold chains would be a good find so I tried those first. I made a test necklace and wore it for 2 days - it didn't get wet and nothing at all, just a regular sock. and as you can see, the chain that once matched the charm is now a completely different color.
